CASH BACK Promotion Terms and Conditions
Cash back is available for U.S. end-user customers who purchase a new eligible product/model (includes NITRO LT, XT and GT) during the promotion period from an authorized NITRO participating distributor. In general, claims must be submitted within 90 days from the date of purchase or activation date. End-user customers must submit a request online at: https://nitroscantool.com/get500. End-user customer must submit contact information, purchase information (purchased from, purchase date), eligible product serial numbers, and eligible product/model. End-user customers may print the submission form and mail it, along with supporting documentation to: XToolUSA, 5275 S. Arville Street Suite 328, Las Vegas, NV 89118. There is no limit on number of tools and/or cash back redemption, unless otherwise specified in writing. Unless otherwise stated, NITRO remanufactured devices and demonstration devices are not eligible. See below for additional terms and conditions.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
The NITRO CASH BACK Promotion (the Promotion) offered by XToolUSA provides CASH BACK paid by check to authorized distributors’ customers (Customer) who have purchased an authorized product. This Promotion is only valid for NITRO LT, XT and GT purchases after December 1, 2021 and before December 31, 2021, and is subject to the terms and conditions contained herein.
Customers who purchase one NITRO series scan tool from an authorized distributor during the promotional period qualify for a $500 payment. Customers will receive a payment in the amount of $500 for each tool purchased in the promotional period.
APPLICATION:
Upon purchase of the NITRO LT, XT or GT, the Customer may submit an application for CASH BACK consideration. Customers may not submit applications directly to any authorized distributor. The application and any required additional documentation, including purchase information, product serial numbers and product model must be filled out completely and accurately and must be submitted electronically to XToolUSA via the online portal or by mail.
Customers are advised to obtain and retain a copy of the application and any accompanying documentation submitted to XToolUSA under this Promotion. XToolUSA will not be responsible for lost documentation pertaining to an application request. This Promotion only applies to products purchased and installed on or after December 1, 2021 and before December 31, 2021. Details of this Promotion, including payment amounts and qualifying products, are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice. The application, with required documentation, must be received within 90 days of the purchase. Only one payment is allowed for each qualifying tool purchased. Payment amounts are valid through December 31, 2021, but are subject to change without notice.
ELIGIBILITY:
To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, Customers must purchase one (1) qualifying product during the eligible period. In order to qualify for the Promotion, purchases must be made from an authorized distributor of a new product. The proof of purchase must be in the same name as submitted on the application. Authorized distributors, their employees, and agents may not participate in this Promotion. Each serial number can only be used once for this Promotion. The tool must be purchased in the promotional period. Tool must be activated before processing the CASH BACK payment.
DISBURSEMENT:
Please allow up to eight weeks for processing. Processing may be delayed if required documentation or information on the application is incomplete or missing. Please call us toll-free at (702) 763-6605 if you have any questions about your application or payment.
TAX LIABILITY:
XToolUSA will not be responsible for any tax liability that may be imposed on the Customer as a result of the disbursement of the payment. Please contact your tax adviser for more information.
NO ENDORSEMENT:
XToolUSA does not endorse any particular distributor in advertising this Promotion.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY HEREIN AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CUSTOMER AGREES THAT REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO BREACH OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE OR TORT), XTOOLUSA’S LIABILITY RESULTING FROM THE DISBURSEMENT TO THE CUSTOMER, OR ANY PARTY ASSERTING CLAIMS ON BEHALF OF OR IN THE NAME OF CUSTOMER, WILL NOT EXCEED COLLECTIVELY AND IN THE AGGREGATE, FOR ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, DAMAGES OR EXPENSES, THE VALUE OF THE PAYMENT RECEIVED BY CUSTOMER. FURTHER, IN NO EVENT WILL XTOOLUSA BE LIABLE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE, FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CONNECTED WITH OR RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION. XTOOLUSA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO NOT PAY OR PROCESS PAYMENT IF THE APPLICATION FORM AND ALL REQUIRED ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ARE NOT COMPLETE AND ACCURATE.
CUSTOMER’S CERTIFICATION:
Customer certifies that he/she has purchased the products/materials listed on the application at the defined location. Customer agrees that all information is true and that he/she has conformed to all Promotion and product requirements listed.
USE OF EMAIL ADDRESS:
Customer acknowledges and agrees that XTOOLUSA may contact Customer via email or in connection with this Promotion.
Ensure key is on, vehicle battery has at least 12V, the VCI unit has power to it, and Pin 16 has power on it. Make sure your VCI is in range of the scan tool. Try changing VCI to unobstructed location i.e. on the dash or on the seat.
